Bad attitude and service

<p>I went to Nandows Midway mews Midrand. The person at the counter was not polite and friendly. She did not know anything about the products they sell. She didnt smile or greet. When I aksed her questions I got one word answers. I asked her about the new Mozambiquan falvour and she didn t know anything.</p> <p>I placed my order and she got it wrong because of he disinterest. I asked to speak to tha Manager and he was not helpful and said I need to pay for a roll firts before I can have it eventhough the person at the till got my order wrong. I asked to speak to his Manager who was even worse. She took fifteen minutes to arrive and basically blamed me that I didnt hear the order right( Can you belive it)</p> <p>I laid a complaint at the call center (ref 117555) they were helpful but nobody got back to me until I called the area Manager, who said he will contact me. He never did. I called him and he said he was about call me he was having a meeting with the owners... Anyway I ahvent received any feedback since... If the owners read please note that I have been visiting that Nanados for 8 years. Maybe you guys have made too much money to care for your loay customers...</p>
