bad attitude and cold food

on sunday the 07/10/2018, i decided to take my family out for lunch, we purchased the full chicken meal with 3 sides, cool drink and the kiddies meal. the lady who was serving us very was very cold and the manner and how she treated us was bad. the 1st thing she did wrong was bring my child's meal and the full chicken, she left for about 10 minutes and when she came back she came back with the rolls and chips, i then requested for the glasses for the cool drink we bought with our meal and that came after sometime. when it was time to leave, i waved at her and asked for packages for the left over food, she looked at me and walked away, after sometime i waved at her again and asked politely again for the packaging, she agreed to bring them than walked away. we sat for about 5 mins and still she hadn't attended to me, i asked 1 of her colleague to assist us as we wanted to leave because of the bad experience. my mother and i didn't enjoy the food we were served on the day as we had to wait and we were served in drips and drabs, so we had cold food. when the manager came, he just said he'd speak to her and when she came to speak to my mom it was if it was all a joke to her. i'm really disappointed that i spent my money on unsatisfying service and food. spent my hard earned money on cold food that i didn't even enjoy
