Bad attitude
I have always been a loyal customer to Nandos in Sandton City. I order almost every week from them. After their system update, you now have to go through a call center to order your food. Today, I spoke to a lady to place my order while I had their menu opened on my browser. I specially wanted to order Winglet under the "Hungry" tab. It clearly stipulates "6 or 10 succulent winglets with a side option of your choice". The lady rep**** to me saying that "there is no such thing as winglets and a side"... I explained to her that the website stipulated otherwise and she asked me what I would like to do. So I told her that she needs to decide what to do because this is a fault on their end. She asked me if I wanted the winglets with a side and I said yes, and she then rep**** "sorry we cannot do that"... I asked why and I told her if she can't help me solve the issue, she will loose a customer.
(This is where I was utterly shocked) She responded by telling me "then that is going to have to happen". From this response I said I would write a complaint because the service is horrible. She then responded "that fine"
Not only a bad attitude and disrespectful to me, but this puts a very bad name on Nando's. Please attend to your call center staff immediately. This is not professional. I am very unimpressed.
