Bad all round service. From Area manager, store manager and the food!! BAD

I feel cheated by Nando's kyalami. The served me disgusting food. They chicken was badly burnt and the regional manager's behavior is even worse. He spoke to my wife like his doing her a favor by attending to his responsibility. His name is Ferrero and he acts all almighty behind the phone when speaking to women. I really regret the decision i made by buying that horrible food and having such a manager act the way he did. Ps I will never go there ever again !!! I want my money back

And should he talk to my wife the way he did again we will be talking a different language. We do not talk to women like that, with such degrading words.

I am going to request the call recording from your head office and take things forward. I wouldn't even wish that ****y food to my worst enemies !!!
