Awful Food, Messed up orders and horrible service!

I am utterly disgusted with the Nando's on Chartwell drive! I placed an order which came to R212, firstly, they got my order wrong, didn't bring the card machine (might I add I had to borrow cash to pay) left out some of the orders.<br> <br> The food was so cold, chicken was hard, had no sauce whatsoever, after I asked for extra basting. Roll was hard! Cool drink was warm and the driver was completely arrogant!<br> <br> After calling back to lodge a complaint - the manager of the store did apologies and sent us another meal and took the old meal back. I was then horrified looking at the new meal, as the sauce leaked all over our office carpets and kitchen, the packets were torn and sauce dripping everywhere. Messed my clothes shoes and the driver said absolutely nothing, took my old meal back and stormed out. What kind of presentation is that or service?<br> <br> I've always ordered from Nando's on Chartwell, and on a frequent basis and never had any issues with them, after this awful one, I will never order from you guys again and I urge everyone not too!<br> <br> I even have pictures to prove this!<br> <br> Thank you in advance.<br>
