Awful Experience

I'm tired of being loyal to a brand that no longer serves me right. Let me not use the blanket approach as it is not all Nando's outlets that I have been having a bad experience with, It's Nando's Amalinda East London Drive Thru to be exact that I have a problem with. Whenever I place an order with them, I always get the worst meat and wedges ever. The meat is dry like super dry, not succulent at all. I could even tell from the burnt bones of the meat that the meat was placed on the flame hours before and then just warmed up on the fire again. This goes for the wedges as well. I'm a resident in Amalinda so I buy from the Amalinda Nando's quite often and I must say ,the staff takes their clients for granted and they don't value them. My tired is tired. I've been quiet for too long with my money going down the drain.
