Avoid Nando’s in Krugersdorp!
Ordered on the app on Valentines Day from Nandos Krugersdorp and part of the order did not arrive with the delivery. I phoned the Nandos Krugersdorp branch right away and was told by an apologetic staff member that a driver will bring the outstanding item immidiately.
We waited a couple of hours and eventually went to bed. He never arrived with an item I paid for but never received. Be carefull ordering on the app, if you don’t receive items you ordered it’s simply your loss. There is no way I will fall for that trick again...

*Edit - They respond to messages/reviews all around my complaint on Google but ignore me. I also emailed their customer care on Friday the 15th of February without any response.
I will now copy and paste this review on all consumer portals and restaurant review sites I can find. Well done for not handling this issue at all at proving to me and readers of this review that this is probably just your modus operandi.
