Attitude and long wait

I'm very disappointed with Nando's Montana, I went there on 16/10/2021 to buy food and it was not busy, I waited for the food, people behind me bought ate and left,even the Mr D delivery guys came and left while waiting,not even a single person(staff) came to ask am I fine did I get my food ,I had to ask the guy who was cleaning the tables about my order, he went to ask never came back I waited again no one came to me I went and ask a lady and I for my food she went and came back with the food. I asked to see the Manager she said she is busy she will come, manager(Penelope Mabena and Dineo) never showed up instead they gave me a card with numbers they said I can call that number to complain. They did not care about me sitting there for more than 40minutes.I ordered the food @14:59 I only received them at 15h43.Nandos Montana don't care about their customers,I was sitting there like I'm lost, customers were looking at me like I dont know what,I not happy at all.
