Atrocious Service
Phumlani and staff of Nando's Promenade Mall Mitchells Plain, I stood in the line and then came to the till to place my order, Phumlani with the blue Nando's shirt then advised me my order will take 15 minutes, I placed my order at 6pm, approximately 30 people after me placing my order came and placed there orders big and small, and they came after me and left before me,40 minutes went by i approached Phumlani and asked for my order ,Phumlani told me I still have to wait, I then told him "but you said 15 minutes" keeping in mind its now been 40 minutes, his excuse was "the store is busy" and i have to wait..Phumlani then placed my order on the heating object where all orders go on, I then approached him twice after waiting now for a hour already only for him to tell me the order was ready 15 minutes 30 minutes ago. Pathetic Service coming from Nando's and its staff in Promenade Mall Mitchells Plain. The manner in how Phumlani spoke one can see he has absolutely no customer service, or customer etiquette. Disgusted with you NANDOS .
