***** AT Mr. Delivery and Nandos

On Wednesday 9th August 2023 we placed an order with Nandos via Mr Delivery at 13:41pm. At 6pm the Mr Delivery app is still saying “your order is being prepared”. Upon calling the store in Milnerton the lady insists that “ the order was handed to the driver” and “… once the driver has collected the order we cannot follow it up”. Upon visiting the store and having sight of the delivery log “ no delivery” for our order was recorded. The manager “Reny” again speaks to the staff member concerned who insists that she gave the order to the driver.

1) why is the Mr delivery app showing “being prepared” 3 hours later? 2) Why is the delivery record of our delivery not recorded? 3) Why is the data as recorded on the delivery sheet incomplete, illegible, and EASILY subjective to manipulation? 4) Why does the Mr Delivery app not automatically raise a “error flag” after 60 minutes? 5) Why was Nandos so quick to offer “placatory” restitution?
