Appalling treatment from Somerset Mall Nandos

Just ordered a full chicken, salad, rolls and 2 large chips from Nandos over the phone. When I got there to collect my order I asked the cashier to make sure my order was right. She told me there was no salad I asked her for it because it was on my quote she refused. I asked for the manager the lady said and I quote "I am the manager and you not getting salad without paying for it." I am appalled at the treatment I received at the Somerset West Mall Nandos... My order was not right and on top of that the staff treated me like I was a nothing.
