Appalling service delivery
Nando's Mall@reds is despicable when it comes to customer service... I was there on the 24/07/2018 between 5 and 6 pm to order dinner... I always request extra sauce when my order is being made and also that i get hot sauce on my chips... I purchase at this franchise at least 3 times a week... However on said date there was a new bunch of staff... When i requested the sauce on my chips i was told they are not allowed to do it... So i asked the manager if it makes sense that i park my car and go into the store just to put the table sauce on my chips where they can just do it for me... I have never had issues with this in the past... The manager was very rude and vexatious and probably cannot understand english... Her behaviour was absolutely apalling She told me they were putting the sauce on but when given my order i found that it was not done and I had to go into the store anyway... This is not the kind of service to be given to customers especially when we are paying for it... It is absolutely disgusting from one of my top 3 franchises and I'm hoping the next time i go there i don't face such terrible service...
