Appalling service

Am so sad and disappointed at the same time, with the service I received from Nandos tsakane mall. So me and my friend went to Nandos today and we were served by Elizabeth. We ordered a full chicken (R199) plus a quarter chicken with single side. My friend the decided no she wants a single side with the full chicken. So we asked Elizabeth to please kindly change the order of plain full chicken to full chicken with side. Wow the girl looked at us like we were crazy and said she can't because it will require her manager to cancel the order and that takes time and her manager is at the back. I asked her again if she really can't change the order and she said nope it will take time. So we ended up buying the full chicken without the side. Am really sad and disappointed at Elizabeth and Nandos
