Appalling Service.
I was at your Vangate Mall store on my birthday, 1st October. I sat down with my friend and a waitress came to ask us to change seats for social distancing (fine) and drop off our menus. We promptly decided on what we want to eat, but our orders weren't taken. After 20 minutes, I called for the waitress and asked her why she was ignoring us. She told us we could see that people are going to the till to order and then sit down for their food.
We left.
