Appalling service at Nandos Menlyn

Received the worst service at Nandos Menlyn😢we (my friends and I) ordered online to avoid the que however to our surprise we still had to wait on a very long que and our order was nowhere near done😩we waited for over 45 minutes whilst only orders for delivery were being prioritized. When our order eventually came, it was wrong with some things not included yet paid for. We waited an extra 10 minutes for that to be sorted. Received our order.... Eventually... but the chicken was burnt, wedges not fully cooked and the desert was still incorrect🙄 I have never received such appalling service at a Nandos even from the ones in small towns. I am truly disappointed and will never recommend Nandos Menlyn to anyone, as a matter of fact, I am never going to go through that again m, will take my money elsewhere😡🤬😠
