Appalling Service

I would like to leave feedback on the Nandos in Adderley Street. I'll keep it brief. I am currently sitting in the store with no cutlery and vold food infront of me. I have asked for the manager to no response( As I am still waiting). The customer service here is appalling. I am actually disappointed because Nandos isnt cheap. For this type of service I have been receiving. Even so, i know my right as a paying customer. Will escalate this further.

Furthermore, last week i was at the same Nandos. Where i ordered and had my meal upstairs. I kid you Not, but there where contractors busy paining in the store while customers are seated right next to them and the wall that was being painted. I'm livid juat thinking back to this. The contractors were sneazing all over the place spreading germs while we exposed our meals on the tables. spoke to manager at the store he apologized and requested them to stop. Great stuff but, did i really have to complain before this could be stopped?

What horrible service is this.

I have been in this store from 14:35 it is now 15:17. Definitely will be late from my lunch hour by the way. I have not at from then to 15:17. I actually just want to walk out. It's disgusting
