Appalling service

I just had the most appalling experience at Nandos Groblersdal mall. I went in there sometime after 8 to place my order assisted by Dikeledi who then told me my order would be about 8 minutes. Paid and patiently waited, customers who came after me were all getting their orders and leaving( I just ordered a full chicken, chips, livers- nothing that can cause such an absurd delay). Dikeledi kept on asking them why they were skipping my order and she was ignored. At around 20h50 they gave the full chicken that was meant for me, order 94 to a lady order 98, Dikeledi still raised the issue but they ignored her. Then came the manager, Mr Freddie who was meant to explain to me that they mistakenly gave my chicken to someone, when I was about to open my mouth he banged the counter where I was standing and his exact words were “Sesi wee, akere ke nyako go hlalosetja”. You can imagine my shock with a whole manager behaving that way to a customer, moreover a lady. I unfortunately couldn’t have them cancel my order as my kids were hungry and crying, we drove all the way from Pretoria and this was the only place still opened. At 21h27 my order was still not out , not even any explanation from anyone about the delay. I had to cause a scene, tell Mr Freddie that I’m going to be reporting this incidence for him to finally come out from the back again to come and apologise to me, even the quality officer ignored me the entire time until such time that I spoke up, this more than an hour with me in the restaurant. If this is the kind of service that Nandos gives to paying customers then they can miss me. I’ve now also gone home with cold food because the chips and livers waited for the chicken for over an hour. I’m so disappointed
