Appalling Service
Nandos Rosebank
We placed an order during our lunch time today (1AM to 2PM) We specifically asked for Peri Peri chips and Extra Sauce. We wait almost 30 minutes for our orders and when it comes the slip on the bag says NO EXTRA SAUCE, NO PERI PERI CHIPS
Can they ever get an order correct, as even when we order online the orders are incorrect
As we were on lunch we did not have time to dispute the orders and have them correct the order.
The chicken was as dry as a bone and we had to add tomato sauce to make the chicken pallatable
Please get your act together we love Nandos but we cannot keep getting terrible orders from them

07 Sept 2018, 13:53So regarding this complaint the store manager at rosebank did call and he said he will offer a half a chicken to me free of charge when i am ready to order to call him,
well he is never available and we have left numerous messages for him and no call back
