Appalling Experience at Nandos Sunninghill
On Saturday, 15 August 2015, we decided to treat the kids to supper at Nandos. Had I known the type of service and food I was going to get served, I would've driven extra KM to another branch. We ordered meals for 2 adults and 2 kids.<br> <br> 1. Our order came in drips and draps.<br> 2. The order was incomplete and we had to remind them of the missing orders. Even though they had a copy of the receipt<br> 3. One of the kids and myelf ordered corn/mielie (Mild) as a side, this corn was off/rotten. I took 2 bites and this was enough to make me want to puke. I told the waitress and she sent it through to the manager and promised to replace it. Upon my arrival at home, I decided to taste the corn and it was just the same, so I threw it in to the bin.<br> 4. The staff kept on giggling each time we complained about missing orders or how unsatisfied we were of their service.<br> 5. Ladies toilet does not have a lock on it and it's right next to the men's toilet. Anyone can come in while one is using the toilet. NO changing facility for parents.<br> 6. They don't have a single toddler high chair for a family fast food restaurant ?!!!!<br> <br> CHILLI LANE NANDOS needs to be shutdown! WORST experience ever!!!
