Appalling Customer Service

Nandos The Crescent Umhlanga : Terrible customer service... Staff are rude and arrogant. I stood in a line and waited for staff to serve me, but instead they carried on making conversation with the Delivery drivers...at one point the driver told them that customers are in the line, however the cashier mumbled something and they both started laughing..only when more people arrived , then a second cashier came out...however her knowledge of the menu was poor, and they got my order wrong , resulting in me arguing to fix the order. They then made it seem as if it was my fault and arrogantly walked away stating they will sort it out, whilst mumbling again amongst their peers. A somewhat very disappointing experience with a hint of ****** from the Nando's staff.
