Appalled!!!!
I can't help but wonder why customer service has to choose location.
A couple of weeks back I felt like having Nando's. I generally prefer to call prior to pick up, if my memory serves me correctly it was just before 8 pm when I called. I got no answer. My partner and I then decided to get an alternative. Later that we week Nando's came up again as an option for supper, Again I called and called and called. We then decided to drive to Nando's and on our way I still attempted to call no answer. As a test I called Nando's Benmore Gardens as suggested by my lovely partner, and to no surprise they answered!!! As I was placing my order at the counter, I proceeded to voice my concerns to the Lady who was taking my order, she blatantly ignored me as I attempted to voice my complaint. She overrode everything I said with order related questions. I got upset and asked her to call her manager.... Guess what she was the manager, I proceed to ask her if this is how she chooses to manage her joint, she dismissively apologised, I composed myself only to receive my order 40 mins later,
Anyway today again I decided to have Nando's guess what? Same S#%& different day. What appalling service
