Appaling observation

I bought my supper at about 19:28. There were just about 2 people before me. I looked at their grill and realised they were grilling one chicken at a time and there 2 guys responsible for grilling. They left the grill for a few seconds and waited at the counter. I looked at them and one of them was digging deep in his Nose with his finger. I observed him he did not even bother washing his hands, he just went to the grill and continued. My order was called, I told the lady that the guy grilling the food cannot be digging in his Nose like thay. She said 'Maybe he did not see that he was doing that''. How gross! She said that she would tell him but I do not think she did!
