Appaling and very unprofessional customer service

What appalling service we received at your restaurant in Grand West Casino on Saturday 26 March 2022. We had family visiting fr the weekend from Plettenberg Bay and we ordered supper at your restaurant. Well what a disaster. We waited more then 2hours for our food. With a manager on duty that just ignored all the customers complaining he just kept helping the uber eats and delivery guys. Both my husband and his brother are diabetic they both took their insulin and had to eat. We waited so long I had to buy something at Burger King for them to eat as they couldn't wait anymore for the food. It was really very very bad and very traumatizing to my 7 year old daughter who was very worried about her dad who took his insulin and the alarm was going off for him to eat and still no food. After 2hours of waiting for our food when we got home so dissappinting no sauces on any of the spicy rice or hot pots. The chicken was still raw. Kids shakes was watering even when they gave it to them. And no sides like we ordered. This is not the nando's we know and are loyal clients for, for years. I called the restaurant on the 27th I was told that a manager will me back. Till date nothing. Appalling service from nandos. You should be ashamed of the service you provide to your clients. A client that was also waiting said she is use to this, whenever they in grand west Casino this is how they always do business you wait forever for your food without any service or explanation.
