Another bad experience at Nandos

On Friday 28 April 2023 we went in to have a meal at Nandos Pavilion. We ordered a full chicken + 2 sharing sides(chips and rolls) and a coke. The order was 1/2 chicken hot and 1/2 chicken extra hot well-done and cut in 8.When the order arrived the stickers were the wrong way about but nevertheless we continued when I had chosen my piece the part of the best with the wing I noticed it was not well done ( the wing was still white) I asked for it to be redone. I walked to the kitchen and handed it to one of the staff members. At this point my husband and daughter were eating their meals. By the time my piece arrived my daughter and husband had completed their meals. While eating I made the most disgusting discovery...I almost threw up immediately. My piece of chicken still had the food bag attached. Inside this bad was a vile yellow substance that was part liquid and and part gelatin. It was the most disgusting thing ever. When I called the manager she offered to refund us for half the chicken since my husband and daughter had eaten their meal. My daughter was immediately sick after my discovery and we had to leave the restaurant.
