**** and over charging nandos signet terrace lenasia
I order from. Nandos 1 and and a half chicken and it came to 536 rands they didnt charge me normal fees of a full chicken. I chrckrd the menu prices are different!!! I need to know why i was charged so much for this meal i will take it up to ur headoffice unless someone at the branch is straling as these are not prices on the menu. Please expalin i want my money back other wise i will go to social mefia about this

02 May 2024, 12:00Im am highly disappointment in the feedback i received from nandos , i got called after doing a hello peter review from katlego ..my initially complaint was being charged additional amount , they not disclosing to customer that if they deliver your food they charge you a delivery fee and put a mark up on order to "punish you " because they delivered your food ,had i known this i would have not paid R536 for chicken , i would have went to another franchise , its highly disgusing that you can phone me to tell me that you sat with your manager and my husband was advised on the service charge ??? lies he was not advise of the amount !!!! your call center doesnt not communicate had we known this i would have picked up my order , i will go viral with this as i am a huge social media influencer with millions of followers i will go to social media and stop people from being ****med at nandos !!!
