An Order 2 hours late
<p>Good Day,</p> <p>I am emailing as an extremely embarrased, upset and disappointed client.</p> <p>I made an order of a Full Combo at 11:30 that was to be delivered to a client at 12:15 as promised (as seen on the receipt)</p> <p>At 1pm I got out of my meeting to the embarrasment that the food had not been delivered to the client as promised, it was close to 2 hours late. At 13:20 I called Nandos to enquire and I was given the run around and eventually told the driver was in an accident with the other driver on duty and that I should come collect my order.</p> <p>Because it was for the client who I also had made a promise to deliver I had to come collect it. At the main gate I then saw a Nandos driver driving in and I stopped him to ask if it was my order. I am appalled that the building was less than 8kms away from Nandos, if an order is late an hour is acceptable but still cutting it fine but close to 2 hours is unacceptable. The driver that delivered gave me a completely different story than the one I got.</p> <p>As a person also in the service industry I feel that this is unacceptable. Please do contact me.</p>
