Almost swallowed a piece of METAL!!!!

Today my husband and I bought a hot pot and other things from Nando's Sea Point and he literally found a small METAL square in his food!!!! We were both extremely alarmed! He could have been seriously injured or even worse...DEAD!!!!! This is unacceptable. We are longstanding Nando's customers. We need answers and accountability!!!
