Additional item in my food

I found a piece of metal, looks like something that came off from the kitchen equipment in my chips. I bought it at the Sandown retail crossing store in Parklands Cape Town. I've never had any problems with nandos before, but surely, whoever is packing the food needs to check before they hand food to the client.
