Absolutely Unacceptable Service from Nando’s!

I am beyond frustrated. My order was delivered over TWO HOURS AGO, and the driver forgot my drink. He said he’d go fetch it and be back shortly — that never happened. I called the store at Katherine Street after 30 minutes, and they promised me a driver would bring it in 10 minutes. An hour passed — still no drink.

I called AGAIN, and they said they had “found a driver” and it would be another 10 minutes. Guess what? Still NOTHING.

Now, 2 HOURS LATER, I’ve had to call AGAIN, only to be told the same nonsense — “10 more minutes.” This is an absolute joke. Why is it so hard to deliver a single drink that I PAID FOR?

This level of incompetence and poor service is infuriating. I love Nando’s food, but this experience has completely ruined it for me. Sies!
