ABSOLUTELY Disgusting service.

I just came from Nandos Roodebasin on Hendrick Potjieter road next to Builder's Warehouse and it is the worst service I have ever received at a Nandos. I placed my order with Lizzy L and she tells me I cannot order two of the same pieces of chicken, i.e., I can't have two legs. I tell her I don't eat chicken breast and I've never been told that before. I ask her to call her manager. She screams at him in their African language and he screams back. They then carry on a conversation clearly talking ******* about me because I can hear the tone of the conversation and she keeps pulling her face at me. He does not come to speak to me directly. She comes back after a long conversation with him, that I can hear, but obviously not understand and she gives me a stinky attitude and starts typing my order. I ask if it's now been resolved and she gives me a dirty look and says "ja".

I collect my order, ask the lady at this window for my butter and she tells me it's R4.50 a butter. I've never had to pay for butter for a roll at Nandos, it's a standard combination.

I am so disgusted in the service at this place and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to support them.
