A vegetarian meal turned out to be a chicken meal.
Hi there. I'm writing this while highly frustrated and agitated with your staff at Campus Square branch. I ordered an Avo and red pickled onion vegetarian pita with peri peri chips and a dry lemon. And the staff member confirmed it twice as I was repeating my order to her. My disappointment comes in when I decide to eat my wrap in the comfort of my own place and find out that it is a chicken pita and not a vegetarian option one. I had already eaten my chips and drank my dry lemon, but I will not eat the pita and I am willing to return it upon request. Unfortunately, I threw my slip away. And I expect to be refunded. I need you to understand the health and spiritual implications of such gross negligence and how highly unsatisfied I am with these services. It is with great sadness that I have to end my relationship with Nandos after years of getting satisfactory services, however mistaking a client's orders especially where meat is concerned is simply not a mistake I'm willing to overlook.
