A STONE IN THE RICE
Three months back I went to the NANDOS restaurant in Carleton center with my brothers. I order rice and chicken strips, unfortunately an incident happened where by I chewed on a stone that was in the rice .. Which broke my wisdom tooth. I called the waiter to show them n he laughed at me and said I must sue Tastic , then the manager came and advised that I go to the dr which I did n I supp**** them with a report and the cost of the procedure.the following day I went to the store and the manager saw how badly I was , she escalated the matter n I provided them with what was required.Till today the money hasn't been refunded n they telling me stories about the report n saying that they won't pay me back.i am highly disappointed at the service I received. I gave the customer service the opportunity to investigate but now they can't even help me or maybe is because I am a young black lady I wasn't taken seriously.its fine I leave everything into the hands of God.
There's more to Nando's than delicious PERi-PERi chicken. Although that's a big part of it, we also like to ruffle our feathers about the exceptional experience we create on the whole at our restaurants across South Africa and the world.
