A failed team of Nandoca's of note

It is Heritage Day 24 September 2023. 16:24 pm I received my carefully ordered Full chicken, Spinach, plain wedges, and rolls. Lemon and herb all round. This is now from Nando’s Centurion Lifestyle.

Dear Nando’s I appreciate that Pedro’s is coming in with decent flames up your grill, I appreciate that maybe I was an inconvenience that came by drive-thru on Heritage Day but there is a difference here. If you don't want to work on such a day as on a public holiday. We are okay if you are closed. Judging by the order number and time you were not too busy anyways. I understand that we all want to put up our Puma tekkies and relax on such days. All of that would really have been better than this sham of an order that I received. Did I instruct them to cut the meat? Nope, but they did it anyway (maybe it was some heritage courtesy) so let me shut up right? NO........I will not. The chicken hardly had any sauce. I think one piece had some lemon and herb on the one side and that was it. The rolls were stale on hard, the spinach had no flavor to the very bland, and yes again as you guessed, 0% lemon and herb in it too. The only thing that was lemon and herb was the stickers on the packaging. This ******* you served me was worthy of me driving back and shoving it down all your throats honestly. Just to give you a taste of the nonsense you gave out with a crocodile smile or grin. If this is the legacy of this giant of a brand from these lands, I am sorry but what as SIES of a heritage !!!!!!! You Nadoca’s truly earned some serious L’s that day for this. I was warned that you are dwindling in service but this pathetic? SIES!!
