30MIN wait at the drive through
Good day <br> <br> It is with disappointment that i write this. I was from a meeting in the north and thought of a nandos that had a drive through and Nelpark came to mind. It is usually fast but on the day that I wanted them to be fast i waited 30min in the ques before i was given my order. I literally stepped out of my car and went back to the window and the lady was not even there. No one explained to us what was happening. The X5 that was 3 cars before me. The order was also wrong and he was not impressed. I was late for my meeting due to that. Not impressed at tall. I mean, why couldn't they ask the person to wait somewhere and they will bring the order. Poor service indeed. <br> <br> <br> I ordered at 12:36 and i left the drive through at 12:59. what kind of drive through is that. even the people who walked in got their orders first. <br>
