3 hours - no delivery!!
Order placed with the Heidelberg branch via their WhatsApp line at 17:42. It is now 20:30 and the delivery has not yet been done. 4 calls and many WhatsApp´s later - now they claim not to know where the address is - which they’ve delivered to a number of times before. Pathetic & unacceptable!!!
