3 Hour No delivery

Kosher Nandos deliveries, 3 hours waiting, without any feedback or updates. Food is ice cold by the time it is delivered! Having been very patient, Nandos call centre cannot give feedback, customer care does not answer the phone. Poor poor service, yet again!
