2hrs later still no delivery
Hi I ordered food from your nandos in waterglen ***) at 12:15pm. the lady said the food would be ready within 45min to 1hour. I phoned again at 1:30pm, 1hr20min later and she said the driver had left the shop and is coming through to our offices. The distance between Waterglen Nandos is literally 5min if driving and 15min if walking. At 2pm, the food has still not arrived, 2hrs later. This is not the first time this has happened, we constantly have to wait over an hour for our food to be delivered. This was just the last straw, I did not even receive an apology or explanation from the lady that was dealing with the telephone orders. Not pleased at all.
