I ordered food for delivery while being 5 mins away and it took 2 hours for me to receive my order and the food was cold. The manager called me to tell me his sorry and I don't feel that's enough. I cannot order food and you deliver 2 hours later. That's ****** ridiculous. You're running a service where you bill me for the delivery
