2 hour delivery and no feedback
I am so disgusted to be writing another pathetic review for Nandos.
I placed an order for our office at 11.20 am. It is now 1.30pm and there is no delivery. How is this even acceptable?
Your call center and store system DOES NOT WOR****! The call center could not get a hold of your Sandton city store for 2 hours!!!! And the part that guts me the most is that nobody calls you back with feedback.
If you are going to call me back to say sorry... you will improve your service. Please don't waste your time or mine because pathetic service like yours takes a miracle to change
