1/2 Manga Bubble? No extra sauce?????????? You are not LISTENING to your clients

Bought chicken (again) @ Nando's and asked for Xtra sauce - got home, NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Checking Receipt now and there is no mention of extra sauce, after I asked the cashier every time I ordered and item (x3) and Twice AGAIN after that!!!!!

Then, bought a Manga Bubble and forgot to ask for no ice.....got home to a drink with ice and when I removed the ice, the cup was 1/2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

REALLY Nando's????????????????? Is this your modus operandi??????????????

This time, I don't want an apology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want a voucher! I feel exploited!
