1 hour wait and they forgot the chicken!
I went to Nando's in Tokai for takeaways for my family, thinking it would be quicker than going to the shop+buying food to make at home. I waited 1 hour for my order, drive home, now starving. I had a sinking feeling when I felt my chicken pita was cold. Opened it up and realised- it didn't have any chicken on it!! How can a fast food restaurant make you wait 1 hour and then not give you the most important part of your order? My husband phoned the costumer care centre multiple times and every time he got put through to the complaints department, the phone line was broken. So we couldn't even talk to a person.
