19 december 20h56 order number 417, R358.00 that I worked for very hard to earn but somehow your staff gave me raw livers and chicken thats still medium raw that I sent back and what breaks my heart is that the tokai staffs stilll manages at after 09h00 to switch off all.the lights in the seating area where only my wife and I are sitting even though the receipt says eat in and it's an hour before closing.. Told to.wait 20 minutes I was happy and it was empty only and the wife..Received raw blodied livers and medium raw chicken which was sent back. So disappointing is this a corporate store or franchise ? Somehow I think it's corporate because of the circus act they pulling there check the cameras or contact me on *** I want my money back the hard earned money I worked for. I asked for the shift manager called chief but his a no show
