Bad service received

I was not impressed with the attitude I got from the supervisor Bathabile with the way she handled the day of our order and I did not like her response and her talking about me me while I am in the store eating also someone singing a song called o ledes laka sulk … It seemed like Bathabile doesn’t know what is customer service and needs some training as there was no remorse on her behaviour and she did not even apologise after the delay of our order
