Pathetic Service at Nando's Century City

Nando's Century City has the worst service ever, and the waiters have zero manners. I waited for my order for over an 1 hour and I was given a pathetic excuse that they have no thighs, mind you I went to check on my order 2 times prior and they never mentioned that, instead I was received with a ride reply of " you should have come check on your order". Very rude staff. Please do better Nando's Century City.
