Paint buying at Nancefield

I went to buy a paint at Nancefield mitchell street pretoria around 14H38 after an hour of waiting for them mixing the paint the guy coming in and out of the store to compare wheather is the colour he couldn't get it right,I spoke to the manager/supervisor that I waited for to long I need a refund I don't want the paint anymore she went to check on the guy and they almost spend 20min after she come and told she can not refund me its a process,I then called the head office at 16H13 they then instructed her to refund me but she couldn't do it she so aggressive and unprofessional about the problem/issue she did even show same remorse for waiting for so long for something that they can't get it right I got the paint at 16H30 from 14H38 it's not far poor service the manager need a proper training.
