Unprofessional Behavior Just because I am black

I am truly disappointing I phoned Nampak and seeking information and to check if they will be able to host learner for fitting and turning for a period of six months. As I was explaining the white lady I think its van Zyl something she told straight she doesn't want to here my "stupid" stories I must go straight to the point. Then I went straight to the point requesting placement for In-service training and she just said something that sounded like an insult in Afrikaans and hang up. That is so unprofessional I do not know if its because I am black or what. The lady she is a training coordinator or something in HR. I am so ****ed right if that is the type of employees Nampak recruit.
