Vouchers

I receive an sms from Cuddlers on a monthly basis promising a voucher for a pack of Cuddlers Comfort nappies and have to date received not a single one of those vouchers. I've asked about it on the Cuddlers Circle about a month ago and noticed that other parents were also inquiring after it, and received zero feedback from Cuddlers. Yesterday I posted a complaint on their Facebook page along with a 'screen grabbed' image as proof of the sms's I receive from Cuddlers and yet again received zero feedback from Cuddlers. Do you guys just make it a habit of never answering any of the questions your customers ask? I think it's downright rude! I'm not going to spend money phoning your call centre either. If you can't deliver on the promises you make on those sms's then stop sending them to the public this is the main reason I refuse to buy your product, if your customer care is this pathetic then how can you expect the public to trust your product?
