Sent a complaint with no response

I purchased a pack of cudlers size 4 nappies for my daughter. The first couple of nappies were fine. I put a nappy on my daughter and the side tab pulled loose. I then investigated the whole pack and there was a nappy in the pack that the one side was torn. I have sent numerous emails to cudlers with no feedback received.
