CUDDLERS NAPPY ISSUE

I am absolutely horrified with the service received from Nampak (the producer/supplier of Cuddlers Nappies). I made contact with them last week Tuesday 28th April 2015. I phoned them to complain about their product.. I stay in Fish Hoek, a relatively small area. I am one of three moms (that I know personally and I am close friends with) that these nappies have caused severe rashes and blistering on there babies ******** and bums. Both my friends were promised that a nurse would come out and investigate, this has not happened, my one friends nappies were collected and then \returned to sender"as the return address was apparently incorrect"
