Poor service

Hi I odered chicken feeds at Namolo Hatchery then it's time that thy must deliver my oder they told me their deliver track was burnt down and they will refund by 28/8/19 then on the 28 I called then because I ddnt get any payment they told me I must send R350 now they want to deliver.... I told them I dnt hve and I asked for refund, now they are no longer responding to my texts
